All orders in the Fashion Brands Direct webshop are delivered for free in the EC. Currently we ship to almost all countries, but outside the EC we'll ask for a contribution in shippingcosts.
Your goods will be shipped by our reliable partners. PostNL or UPS. You will receive an e-mail with a Track and Trace link when your parcel is being shipped.
Orders within the EC are shipped for free. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. Keep this in mind when ordering in the weekend.
You have a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days to return the product without any reason, starting the day of receipt of your product. After submitting your return order, you still have 14 days to return the article. The return product will only be accepted, unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. These return costs are for your account. We will credit the amount within 14 days. It is also possible to use the standard form.
Fashion Brands Direct will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs that Fashion Brands Direct has been charged for the returned product without delay, but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal.
Unless Fashion Brands Direct offers to pick-up the product, he can wait with the refund until the product is received or when the consumer Can show that he has returned the product, according to which receipt is earlier. Fashion Brands Direct will use for repayment the same method of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer requires another method. The repayment is free of charge for the consumer.
In the received packet you will find 2 documents: the invoice and the delivery/return voucher, and a return address label.
Save the invoice. Fill in the return voucher. Place the items and the return receipt in the original package. Place the return address label (sticker) over the original shipping label of the package.
You can drop off the package with a sufficient postage at the nearest postoffice or Parcelshop. We only accept parcels with sufficient postage. Keep the proof of your return shipment , until we have confirmed the receipt of your parcel.
Please note that the products bought in the Fashion Brands Direct webshop can not be returned in a store or vice versa. Returned items must be in the right condition, which means it will cope with normal use for viewing and fitting of the articles. just like in the stores. Also the tag must still be attached to the item. When the goods are deteriorated due to more use, we reserve the right to ask for a compensation. Note also the statutory instructions on the rights to return goods in our ‘General terms and conditions’.
When you have returned one or more items, we make sure that the amount (when applicable) will be refunded as soon as possible.
For a full refund of the goods, it is important that the goods we receive are in the same condition as we have sent them to you. The refund will be to the original form of payment..
For example: When you have paid with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card account. We always pay within 30 days, but do our best to do this faster.
Please note that any charges due to insufficient or not stamped packages will be settled in the amount we refund, increased by € 12.50 administration costs.
