When you have purchased an item in our webshop, you can return this item to us within 14 days of purchase. During this period, you can do that with the product that is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You may try the product as you would in a physical store. You can also remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the product. If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part. Once you have agreed on a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, physically receive the first product.
Returns can be done easily and for free via our return portal ( https://fashionbrandsdirect.shipping-portal.com/returns/ ). You will receive a shipping label from Sendcloud with which you can return the package to Fashion Brands Direct. Place this label on the box and bring it to a PostNL location in your area.
Note: the return portal is currently only available for: the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria, Monaco and Andorra.
How do I register my return / exchange via the return portal?
1. In the first step you have to enter your zip code and package number. The package number can be found in the confirmation e-mail that you received from us. You can also find the package number on the shipping label with which your order has been shipped. You can recognize the package number on the code, which starts with 3SYZ. Next, you must enter the reason for return along with your telephone number in the second step. You can also add a comment here.
2. In the third step you can choose a PostNL location in your neighborhood where you want to hand in the package.
3. In the fourth and fifth step, all data is checked and you can print the return label.
Would you prefer to return the package yourself? That is always possible, but that is not free. This is possible, for example, via PostNL parcel post (€ 6.95). Use this address for shipping: Fashion Brands Direct, order number, Gieterij 28, 2211 XK, Noordwijkerhout.
Note: Make sure that you keep the shipping receipt including track & trace code until we have handled your return. We are not responsible for the return shipment.
Returned items must be complete and in the - as far as possible - original condition and packaging. As a customer you are allowed to judge / use the products, as is possible in a store. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all labels or labels are still on / on the article.
Return shipments must always be returned to us in good order within 14 days after the day of receipt. If the return shipment arrives too late or does not meet the requirements, as stated here and in our general terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return shipment. The right to a refund will then be canceled.
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the forwarding, as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. We will pay you back with the same payment method you paid with, unless you agree on another method with us. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
